“It says my language can’t be recognised offline”

Recognition runs entirely on your device, so it needs that language’s speech model installed. On iOS 26 Vocap can fetch the model itself; on earlier versions, add the language under Settings → General → Keyboard → Dictation Languages and reopen Vocap. Vocap will never quietly upload your video to work around a missing model.

“The captions are on the wrong words”

Open the project, tap a word chip under the player, and edit or delete it. The timing comes from the recogniser and stays exactly where the voice was.

“The saved video is the wrong shape”

The Frame tab decides the shape of the exported file. The export sheet always shows the exact output size and frame rate before you save.

Subscription, refunds and cancelling

Vocap Pro is billed by Apple, not by us. Manage or cancel it in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Cancelling keeps Pro until the end of the period you have paid for.
